The Challenge

A growing Shopify brand selling phone, tablet and camera mounts for trucks, Jeeps and motorcycles was spending across Google and Meta without a clear picture of which products and campaigns actually drove sales. Broad product groupings, generic product titles and overlapping campaigns made optimisation slow and full of guesswork.

The brief: give every ad dollar a clear job, make the catalogue easier for both shoppers and ad algorithms to understand, and build a daily routine the team could keep running on its own.

Our approach. We audited every campaign type in the account — Shopping, Performance Max, Search, Display and Demand Gen — alongside Meta campaigns and Shopify sales by product. We then restructured the store’s collections and sub-collections around vehicle type and use case, rewrote product titles around real search intent, flagged low click-through products for creative and pricing review, and aligned campaigns to the new catalogue structure.

A cleaner, faster-learning ad account

The brand moved from broad, overlapping campaigns to a structure where every product group has a clear role, spend can be traced back to individual products, and the team reviews performance daily against one shared dashboard.
